December.15 (China military News cited from Xinhuanet) — China and Poland will bolster military exchanges and cooperation in a bid to promote bilateral relations, senior Chinese and Polish military officials said in Beijing Tuesday.
China would work with Poland to promote lasting and in-depth ties, said Xu Caihou, vice chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, in a meeting with Polish Defense Minister Bogdan Klich.

Xu hailed the development of bilateral ties since China and Poland established diplomatic ties in 1949.
He highlighted the high-level contact, booming trade and economic cooperation, and cooperation in culture, education, science and technology, as well as on international and regional issues.
The Chinese government would strive to strengthen the friendly and cooperative partnership in a spirit of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit and non-interference with each other’s domestic affairs, Xu said.
Klich described Polish-Chinese ties as “good and fruitful” in the last six decades.
Poland admired China’s economic achievements and its rising role in the international arena, he said.
Poland and China could enhance cooperation on international and regional affairs through political and military dialogue, he said, pledging to speed up military cooperation with the China in various fields.
