November.03 (China Military News Reporting by Johnathan Weng) — The YJ-62 missile launcher is a China-made remote subsonic anti-ship cruise missile. It adopts the inertial navigation system (INS)/Global Positioning System (GPS), plus active radar in missile guidance. The missile flies at a height of 30m in engagement or patrol and 7m to 10m in the terminal phase. The engagement range of the active radar seeker is 40km. Its frequency hopping radar seeker has more anti-jamming ability compared to the former ones.
