Indonesian satellite launched in China fails to enter orbit

August. 31 (Xinhua) -- The Indonesian communications satellite Palapa D atop the Chinese-made Long March 3B rocket, launched at 5:28 p.m. Monday at Xichang satellite Launch Center, failed to enter preset orbit. Experts are looking into the causes.
