Apr.10 (China Defense Mashup Reporting by Johnathan Weng) -- On April 8th, a so-called "fishery resource and environmental science research" ship named "Nanfeng" was launched in Rushan Shipbuidling Yard, Shandong Province. The Length of "Nanfeng" ship is 66.66 meter and displacement is 1950 ton. The Chinese charactors of this ship is "南锋", which means the "the cutting edge in south direction". As a result, China recently meets more and more challenges in south China sea arae. And China wish to send some civilian but special-purposed vessels to announce its sovereignty and deal with the marine issues with other countries.
