Beijing, Feb.17 (China Defense Mashup Report by Johnathan Weng) — A new member of PLA Secondary Artillery Corps’ Dongfeng (DF) Ballastic Missile family recently recently appeared on Chinese cyber space. Obviously, this intermediate missile and its mobile launcher make it look like DF-15 series. Some Chinese people call it as DF-15B, but it can not be confirmed, maybe just a jole. But you can see the 4 wings installed on the missile warhead and their function is probably raise the accuracy of CEP. Besides, the warhead become longer and sharper so let analysers easily associate it with some kind of earth-penetration ability. 

The Chinese characters on the worshop wall behind missile launcher is “航天斯达 (Hangtian Keda)”, which actually is the opening name of CASC 702nd Research Institute, which is located in Beijing city.
