Changji, Xinjiang, Dec.02 (China Defense Mashup Report by Johnathan Weng) -- Although China has developed third generation fighters like J-10 or J-11, it still has been improving its old J-8 and J-7 fighter and deploys them on less-important areas, such as border areas with former soviet countries. Those pictures are about the PLA Air Force 37th Air Division's J-8H fighters in Changji A-wei-tan Airport (昌吉阿胃滩场站) . J-8H is one new variant of J-8II family and it can launch PL-11 medium range missile (Chinese edition Aspide missile) and is installed with air-refueling probe.
